2. During the month of March, we are offering complimentary 30 minute 1:1 coaching sessions with former GoC IT Exec's who have participated in previous GoC workforce adjustment initiatives. The session will focus on your prep for upcoming assessments (SERLO, etc), and will include an emphasis on the leadership / behavioural competencies important to the position you are seeking to secure. If your position has been impacted and you are preparing for discussions with hiring managers, this session should be helpful.
