Associate - Professional Development Coach

​eNavigate Consulting specializes in the provision or IT Generic based professional development coaching services specifically designed for Government of Canada IT professionals. We’re on the lookout for ambitious, self-driven and highly experienced Government of Canada digital leaders (current or former) who are aligned with our mission - "to help shape the next generation of digital leadership in Canada’s Public Service".

This opportunity is contract / virtual / part time / highly flexible based on your schedule.

 

What you will be doing ...​

As an experienced Government of Canada IT leader, you will use your existing network to promote the services of eNavigate Consulting, generate leads, and secure clients who in turn will benefit directly from your vast experience and coaching abilities.

​

Leveraging our Online IT Generic Behavioural Competency-Based Platform, you will provide professional development coaching services to Government of Canada IT professionals (IT-01 to IT-05 and EX) who aspire to excel in their current IT position or aspire to assume a new position of digital leadership in the Government of Canada.​

 

Who is this opportunity for ...​

As a highly experienced Government of Canada digital leader (current or former), you are now ready to start building or expanding your own professional development coaching / consulting business with the support of eNavigate’s powerful framework and methodology, grounded in Treasury Board Secretariat’s IT Generics.​

 

What we provide ...​

Access (for you and your clients) to our online IT Generic Behavioural Competency-Based Platform. This platform is designed specifically for Government of Canada IT professionals and is grounded in TBS IT Generic behavioural competency development.

​

Training and coaching material, including a detailed IT Generic Behavioural Competency Report that details each of the 24 IT Generic Behavioural Competencies (at various levels of proficiency) published by TBS and referenced by GoC hiring managers. This is your primary coaching guide.

​

Part time / remote work (you work as much or as little as you want, when you want).

​

An eNavigate Consulting MS Teams and email account.

​

eNavigate Consulting marketing material.

​

Networking opportunities with former Government of Canada CIO’s and IT Executives (current eNavigate Associates).

​

Full administrative support. As an entrepreneur, you leverage your network to build your client portfolio. You provide professional development coaching services leveraging our Platform. We provide the rest – online platform support, scheduling, client invoicing, etc.

​

As an independent contractor, you will be compensated at a level that is commensurate with the level of significant experience and expertise you bring to eNavigate. ​​

 

Qualifications ...​

You are a Government of Canada IT leader (current or former) with significant senior experience in using IT Generics (behavioural and technical competencies) to support recruitment, staffing, learning and development, career planning and performance management.

​

You have an appreciation for the significant challenges facing digital leaders in the Government of Canada today, you have an appreciation for the value senior leadership (through coaching) can provide in this context, and as an entrepreneur you seek to build a client portfolio that can truly benefit from your unique and vast Government of Canada digital leadership experience.

Corporate Brand Ambassador​​

eNavigate Consulting is looking for one or more Corporate Brand Associates to help build the eNavigate brand. This is a contract / part time / remote and highly selective opportunity for the right individual who, as demonstrated through their current role and previous experience, are committed to digital leadership development in Canada's Public Service.

As a Corporate Brand Ambassador ...

​

​- You are a current or former (recent) Government of Canada IT Leader who shares an appreciation for the challenges and opportunities that Government of Canada IT professionals face today and into the future, and the importance of leveraging the basics of IT Generics and the vast experience former Government of Canada CIOs and IT Executives have to offer in this context.

​

- You have a vast social media (professional) presence, and a proven and demonstrated track record of leveraging social media and professional networks to communicate, influence and inspire your target audience with meaningful and insightful content.

​

As a Corporate Brand Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with former Government of Canada CIOs and IT Executives while promoting the services of eNavigate. Your compensation will be calculated as a percentage of total company revenue, commensurate with your experience and outreach capabilities.

Associate - Sales / Business Development 

​​

This is a contract / commission based / remote role. Working with the existing business development team, the Business Development Associate will be responsible for promoting the services of eNavigate Consulting to Government of Canada IT professionals by leveraging their existing client base, generating leads, arranging platform demo's and securing Government of Canada clients.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for someone previously or currently working in sales (HR, IT, or Learning and Development related products or services) and servicing Government of Canada departments and agencies. This position is full time or part time (for the right individual who wants to supplement their current employment). As a Sales Associate with this new and innovative company, you will have the opportunity to work closely with current and former Government of Canada IT Executives and CIOs.

 

Qualifications

• Significant experience working for the Government of Canada (HR, IT, Learning and Development) OR in the sale of goods or services to Government of Canada professionals (10 years minimum experience).

• Experience working in the HR / Learning and Development industry and marketing these services to Government of Canada employees is a definite asset, but not necessary.

• Knowledge of Government of Canada IT Staffing processes and IT Generics is an asset, but not necessary. Subject matter training will be provided to the right candidate.

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-starter, ability to work independently and remotely.

• Resident of Canada
