Sales / Business Development Associate

This is a contract / commission based / remote role. Working with the existing business development team, the Business Development Associate will be responsible for promoting the services of eNavigate Consulting to Government of Canada IT professionals by leveraging their existing client base, generating leads, arranging platform demo's and securing Government of Canada clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone previously or currently working in sales (HR, IT, or Learning and Development related products or services) and servicing Government of Canada departments and agencies. This position is full time or part time (for the right individual who wants to supplement their current employment). As a Sales Associate with this new and innovative company, you will have the opportunity to work closely with current and former Government of Canada IT Executives and CIOs.
Qualifications

Significant experience working for the Government of Canada (HR, IT, Learning and Development) OR in the sale of goods or services to Government of Canada professionals (10 years minimum experience).

Experience working in the HR / Learning and Development industry and marketing these services to Government of Canada employees is a definite asset, but not necessary.

Knowledge of Government of Canada IT Staffing processes and IT Generics is an asset, but not necessary. Subject matter training will be provided to the right candidate.

Excellent communication skills

Self-starter, ability to work independently and remotely.
